  • Shipping Rates: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your computer sooner.

  • Secure Packaging: All laptops and desktops are shipped in specialized, shock-absorbent packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your package is in transit, you can track its progress using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with NEW COMPUTER MULTI-SERVICES. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

  • You may return your laptop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
